From drawing to finished product
All the phases of excellence
Our work starts from the customer’s wishes and from the design or idea suggested by the stylist. After studying the project, we go on with a careful selection of skins, searching for best suppliers and materials.
At this point we proceed with the realization of the prototype to evaluate the performance of the product and face any correction. After the approval, we take care of the development of the sample collection and manage every step of the processing.
We define the cutting position and give the objects a first shape using sample tools. Then we proceed to the pre-assembly and assembly phases, through a perfect balance of artisan accuracy and specialized machinery. After a further check, it is time for sewing and for the latest finishes until the item is ready.
Once finished, each leather item is subjected to rigorous quality controls and finally sent to the customer in full compliance with deadlines.
